Family photo, probably taken around 1952, when we lived in the prefab.Changes in data protection law came into force in the UK on 25th May 2018.  The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is designed to give you more control over how your data is used.

The subscribe forms on this site collect personal data solely for the use of e-mailing you with information relating to published posts.

The WordPress system I use also collects analytical data about site users, where they are from and what they look at but does not identify or hold information on a specific individual.

Collected and stored data will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to external organisations. The data will be used, unless you tell me otherwise, to inform you of new information appearing on my site, or to answer any comments you wish to make.

In practice this means you will be contacted via email for the following:

Replies to comments
